# 4.1.2. Hỏi đáp với các tutor

Hỏi đáp các kiến thức chuyên môn trong môn học/chứng chỉ.

Học viên khi gặp khó ở nội dung chuyên môn của từng môn học hãy click vào từng mã môn học đang cần hỏi đáp, tại đó sẽ có các mục hỏi đáp chung, hỏi đáp các bài tập lab, các bài tập ASM. Bạn hãy chọn mục tương ứng và đặt câu hỏi sẽ có Tutor môn học tương tác hỗ trợ bạn giải quyết khó khăn.

Ngoài việc tương tác qua chat học viên cũng có thể hẹn lịch call với Tutor trong kênh “Bảng Tin => Mục đăng ký gặp tutor hỗ trợ hoặc kênh **Voice Channels** tại các phòng trao đổi”&#x20;
