# 4.2.2. Một phiên hỏi đáp mẫu

Một cuộc trao đổi thông thường từ lúc gửi câu hỏi tới khi câu hỏi được kết nối với mentor (**Tab Find a mentor now**)

* Bước 1: Học viên gửi câu hỏi đúng thứ tự hướng dẫn mục giới thiệu HF.
* Bước 2: Tổng đài kiếm mentor và kết nối học viên với mentor

* Bước 3: Kết nối bắt đầu - Mentor làm rõ câu hỏi và hướng dẫn (bắt đầu tính thời gian)

* Bước 4: Hệ thống báo hết thời gian (sau mỗi block 10 phút), học viên quyết định kết nối tiếp hay không bằng cách chọn "Yes" hoặc "No" (hệ thống sẽ tự ngắt nếu học viên không chọn sau 30s)

* Bước 5: Hệ thống báo ngắt kết nối (học viên chọn "No" hoặc không chọn sau 30s). Học viên đánh giá câu trả lời của Mentor

*No helpful:* cuộc trao đổi không giúp ích      &#x20;

* Bước 6: Kết thúc phiên hỏi đáp. Nội dung cuộc hỏi đáp được gửi về email FUNiX của học viên. Cuối email có số câu hỏi Metor ghi nhận trong phiên hỏi đó.

Trong trường hợp học viên đặt câu hỏi trong tab (**Tab Find a mentor now**) không được tiếp nhận do các mentor đang bận tại các phiên hỏi đáp khác hoặc đang không online, lúc này giao diện màn hình của  học viên  sẽ hiện ra thông báo về phiên không được kết nối. Học viên thể chọn **Hanging** câu hỏi để mentor trả lời sau bằng cách click vào “**Yes**”.

Học viên gửi nội dung câu hỏi và đính kèm file cùng với mã môn học rồi chọn mentor muốn hỏi đáp => click vào “ **Hang your question**” câu hỏi của bạn đã được gửi tới mentor.
