# 5.3. Feedback qua Hannah

Khi tham gia học tập tại FUNiX, mỗi học viên sẽ được quản lý, chăm sóc và hỗ trợ với một hannah. Vì vậy, trong quá trình học tập, khi học viên có những điều cần feedback, nêu ý kiến tới nhà trường và các phòng ban khác ( ban lãnh đạo, khảo thí, đào tạo,phát triển chương trình công nghệ, việc làm,..etc) thì trao đổi cùng hannah để hannah tiếp nhận và đưa vấn đề tới đúng phòng ban liên quan và  nhận câu trả lời đưa tới học viên.
